How long does it take to complete a transaction?

The buying process can be completed within your timescales. We’ve helped clients by completing within a day, so just let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll do the rest.

Will my neighbours and friends find out I am selling my house?

Our service is completely confidential, so your friends and neighbours only need to know if you want them to.

Is a valuation conducted on my property?

We will come out and view your property and provide you with a ‘trade valuation’. An independent valuation will then be provided by a chartered surveyor to ensure it is a fair valuation

How much will I receive for my house?

Typically, we offer competitive prices based on the market valuation.

My mortgage is in arrears, can you still help?

So long as there is still equity in your property, yes, we can help.

We can also offer you our Sell with Rent Options service, whereby you will be provided with a roof over your head.

What type of properties do you buy?

We will buy mainly residential properties such as houses and flats.

Do you buy properties in any area?

We can buy properties throughout England, Scotland and Wales. Currently, we don’t buy properties in Northern Ireland.

How do your prices compare to those I’d get from selling my home through an estate agent?

Typically, we offer competitive prices based on the market valuation.

You may receive more selling through an estate agent, but there are no guarantees of a quick sale, plus you’ll also have to pay estate agency fees and any other associated fees.
